The purpose of our youth ministry can be summed up in four words: Reach, Teach, Sow and Grow.

The process which we desire to move every student through can be summarized as follows. . .

• Reach – sharing the love of Jesus with non-Christians, and connecting them with believers.
• Teach – equipping Christians with the transforming power of the Bible, and training them to daily live out God's truths. 
• Sow – challenging students to invest in and pursue personal holiness through discipleship, and reviving their hearts for service and worship. 
• Grow – raising leaders to maturity, and providing practical ways for them to discover their ministry and impact their world for God's kingdom.

We have students from all over the Charlotte area, including students from public and private High Schools.  It's a chance to take part in the process of reaching, teaching, sowing, and growing in your faith with God while having a lot of fun and hanging out with some really cool people.
