The Christian life begins with questions that connect to living –
…..Questions about life, about meaning, about purpose.
…..Questions that are different for every age and every circumstance, from toddler days to years of aging.
…..Questions about the world, about right and wrong, about good and evil, about how to live with others, how to live with other peoples and nations.
…..Questions about practical life, not theoretical ideas.
…..Questions about God, about love, about how Christ's ways long ago work with our way of life today.
For Christians, the questions are about how we work out our commitment to Christ by being faithful in all the places where we live – home, work, community, culture.
Tough questions and complex issues never have simple, cookie-cutter answers. So, at ARPC, learning is about growing – growing as a follower of Christ. We get together with our questions, and we listen before we start giving answers. We are here to re-form ourselves to be more like Christ, so every answer we eventually form starts with the core question:
“Who am I and what should I do as a follower of Jesus Christ?”
Bring your questions. We don't have a printed sheet with the answers, but we can help you find your own answers.
